Hi, I'm Emma Dearing, and today I'm going to be telling you a little bit more about one of San Diego's most sought-after suburbs. If you're looking for a small-town feel with all of the amenities of a big city, look no further than La Mesa. The city of La Mesa located 12 miles inland from the beach in San Diego County is well known for its tree-lined streets, well-maintained parks, and welcoming residents. It's also known for its vibrant community events, like the Annual Flag Day Parade, and Octoberfest, and they even hold a farmer's market every Friday. One of the best ways to get to know La Mesa is to visit the downtown area. This area, known as the Village, features a bunch of local shops, restaurants, and businesses. My personal favorite La Mesa coffee shop is here in the Village. It's called Public Square.

Additionally, to grab a quick gift for friends, I love to run into Sarah's boutique, just down the road. La Mesa has so much to do and so much to explore that it makes it a really good community for all families of all ages.

So if you think that you could see yourself living here in La Mesa, reach out to me and I'm happy to make that dream a reality.
