Bob David worked really hard and knows the laws and also did what I asked. I was initially concerned about a relatively new company but at the first open house he got 59 viewers so my concer s were unwarranted. Excellent job

Through a trying and turbulent market Bob was there every step of the way and at every hour to help wherever he could going well above and beyond any expectations I had set. Selling a house is stressful. It helps to have a person like Bob at your side. The second day after we got into escrow my house was partially flooded by an upstairs neighbor. Without Bobs expert advice and action we could have easily lost the sale. Together we spent hours on the phone negotiating with insurance, the buyer, and the repair crews. It was extremely stressful. Through unparalleled effort Bob was able to keep the deal together and carry the burden. An amazing realtor who I can not recommend highly enough. If you’re in the market for a house Bob is the person who you should be in contact with.
