Elizabeth took care of our transaction from start to finish and stayed engaged all throughout the process. This was a short-fused deal that closed in 15 calendar days, being in the industry on the origination side for almost 3 decades. I was waiting for a notification upon recordation, I had to email my broker and my escrow for status (being in the industry, I'm quite familiar with the drill), to confirm recordation before the close of business day. It would have been nice to share the excitement at that moment that it recorded. I have that expectation because when active in the industry, I personally call my clients to congratulate them of the recordation the very moment I was notified of the recordation! Otherwise, Kudos to Elizabeth for a job well-done and keeping me engaged throughout the process. TC needs a little improvement on timing and updates by adding some proactivity instead of reactivity, although she stayed engaged throughout the process. This is a constructive review.
