I can’t say enough about the Whissel Realty team. They helped me and my elderly mother sell her San Diego house so she could move closer to me in Norther California. From our first conversation about listing my property to the day when they called with the closing confirmation, they stayed in regular communication and explained every step of the way. Working with JC and Spencer was excellent. We had a bump or two but recovered well. Spencer did the day to day and JC helped with the bumps. Both are confident and know their business well. We did a deal that dealt with HomeLife that allowed us to move faster than selling and then buying the new house we had found. It all worked like clockwork!
