He is an excellent listener and negotiator, has so much knowledge of the city, property types, and real estate in general. Kevin Piechota was truly exceptional. Met them at a home buying seminar that was focused on the San Diego area. I was impressed with his level of knowledge and the amount of data that he had about the market. It was a no-brainer for me to work with his team since I was set on renovating and selling multiple homes in the and I’m so thankful I did. Kevin Piechota was ALWAYS available for home tours. His responsiveness was incredible (even on weekends and holidays). If he didn’t pick up, they always call back within a reasonable time frame. Seriously. I purchased a condo with a very complicated HOA so it wasn’t a straightforward deal. They told me that going in and highlighted the concerns they had and the research they wanted to do to make sure progress was being made and I wouldn’t have to wait for a long time to do the flip. Kevin did an incredible amount of information gathering about the process, status of city and county inspections, and reviewing all the non-standard documents etc. The delivery of the information was straightforward: present the info and talk about pros/cons/strategy for moving forward. He really treated the situation like his own property – he lookes out for you and have your best interests in mind. Kevin will work with you to make your desires a reality. He is also very well versed at dealing with other real estate agents. When there were disagreements about certain verbiage in documents, Kevin was patient and worked through some tough situations without breaking a sweat. His cool, calm mindset kept everyone's anxiety low and gave me the confidence he would get the job done – and he did! Their promptness, knowledge of the market, strategic mindset, kindness, good energy and the professionalism made a potentially chaotic purchase and flip process simple. I’ve already recommended him to two of my good friends. When I am looking to purchase/sell again I will not hesitate to call Kevin.
