One night I was scrolling through properties when I came across one that I was interested in seeing. I simply sent a random message through the Zillow app that I was interested in scheduling a viewing and I was lucky enough to be assigned to Kiki. From our first meeting at the initial property, she was so friendly and helpful and ready to work for my family and I at our pace. She was not pushy and provided very sound and realistic advice. The property she initially showed us we ended up not being interested in. However, I continued to reach out to Kiki to see if she could help us see other properties that came up on Zillow. The following weekend I asked her to see 4 properties. Kiki spent her entire Saturday with us and not once did I ever get the sense that it was too much for her. She was extremely supportive and answered all of our questions. We ended up deciding to make an offer on one of the properties we saw that day and once we gave her that green light, she did not stop. She was on it and was always in constant communication. I truly believe she was always looking out for our best interest, which is not always the case in the real estate market. Long story short, our offer was accepted, we closed escrow and are moving this weekend! I couldn't be happier with the work Kiki and everyone on her team did for my family and I. Kiki and I spent a lot of time on the phone talking and texting and I honestly would consider her my friend at this point because she was just so sincere and genuine. And I also have to say that we are going to have chickens at our new property, and we're planning on naming one Kiki. Kiki loved that and my kids miss her already.
